THROUGH THE ILLUSION

Illusion is a distorted perception of reality, induced by the strong hope that our desires will come true. For instance, when there is something attractive that steadily draws us away from reality and projects us into a suspended dimension, like a daydream. In that moment, our desire can be so strong that it twists the state of things.

Through the illusion materializes the condition of being stuck between dreams and reality and the resulting state of progressive detachment.
Leading us through increasingly dense layers of iridescent fabric, the path through the Passatge Franquet becomes a journey from reality to illusion and then to the disillusion of returning to ordinary life.
