SENTS IL·LUSIÓ?
This installation is based on the emotional concept of the word il·lusió in Catalan: eagerness and enthusiasm. Children participated in its creation, giving great importance to their pure sentiments and their larger-than-life eagerness. At the same time, it aims to trigger a reflection on the process of growing up and the loss, or not, of hope and enthusiasm on this road to maturity.
This work consists of surfaces on which children have chalked anything they wanted to or that stirs their enthusiasm. The visitor has to cross the space to the end and interact with the installation, expressing what arouses their own enthusiasm or hopes… if they still have any.
