Desaparició
The project proposes to wrap the metal structure of an old gas tank, making it visually disappear while at the same time emphasizing its shape. This paradoxical gesture—hiding in order to reveal—offers a new perspective on a forgotten piece of the urban landscape.
The wrapping gives the structure a ghostly presence that, although it seems to vanish, still captures attention, awakens memories of the place, and invites us to experience the space in a different way

THE AUTHORS
The installation has been designed and developed by first-year students from the School of Architecture of Reus, under the coordination of professors Raquel Casals, Gemma Ferré, Joaquín Pérez, Pau Solà-Morales, Gerard Cuartero, and Josep Mª Toldrà.
