Hugin
Intensity is a sensation that can be expressed in many ways. In this work, considering the current situation in the world, the authors wanted to show the uncontrolled intensity experienced by people living in war-torn territories.
A dove, symbolizing peace, appears flying amidst black rain; a rain that symbolizes a downpour of bombs, making it unclear whether what is seen in the center of the courtyard is a dove or a raven—two animals that symbolically contradict each other.
This intervention aims for the audience to imagine, despite the distances, being in a war-torn land, where there is always a desire for the conflict to end. Unfortunately, these conflicts last longer than expected.

THE AUTHORS
This work is created by three future designers: Braian Vancells (Cambrils), a student of Projects and Management of Decorative Works (PYDOD), and Bianca Voina (Cambrils) and Younes Yahyioui (Reus), students of the 3×2 program in PYDOD and Ephemeral Architecture.
The three authors met at the School of Art and Design of the Diputación de Tarragona in Reus. Although each has their own way of expressing ideas and interests, they share the same thought and engage in a deep reflection on their own situation and that of the viewer. With this intervention, they fulfill the theme and objectives of the festival and manage to recreate the feeling of intensity within oneself.
